CONWAY — A penny may not seem like all that much, but every penny counts, just ask Jim Hill, director of administrative services for SAU 9.

Hill was able to lock the Conway School District in at $2.145 per gallon for fuel oil for the next year with Jessie Lyman Inc., a supplier based in North Conway.
