CONWAY — People come from throughout the world to enjoy New Hampshire’s fall foliage, and rarely does Mother Nature disappoint. Add in a full schedule of apple picking, pumpkin carving, fall fairs and lively happenings from Mud Bowl to mountain biking festivals, hiking and more, and it’s easy to see why the White Mountains are such a must-visit place in autumn.

But longtime peak foliage pundits and prognosicators are asking: What will the impact of all of this summer’s rain be on the fall foliage?
