OSSIPEE — The Republican Carroll County treasurer race between incumbent Matt Sawyer and Andrea Picard was too close to call as of Wednesday afternoon because results from Chatham were unknown.Â
Sawyer from Effingham is works as the town administrator of Ossipee and Picard, of Tuftonboro, is the finance director of Moultonborough.Â
