OSSIPEE — After handing her a 15-to-30-year prison sentence for possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute, Heaven Hebert was told by a Superior Court judge he believes she can still do great things with her life.
Hebert, 33 and formerly of Conway, pleaded guilty Monday morning to possession of controlled drugs for possessing 250 grams of fentanyl with intent to distribute.
