JACKSON — Violation-level charges of speeding and use of a mobile electronic device while driving have been filed against Olivia T. Frechette of Conway, the teenager who crashed into the Honeymoon Covered Bridge on June 30.

At the time, Jackson Police Chief Chris Perley declined to identify the 18-year-old woman, citing driver privacy laws. Perley said she sustained only a minor cut to her hand and was treated by Bartlett-Jackson Ambulance personnel.
