Geiger honored in Haiti for humanitarian work

CONWAY — Local attorney Maury Geiger was honored last month in Haiti for decades of humanitarian work in the impoverished island nation.

Geiger, 81, of Conway said last month's trip to Haiti — with son Kevin, 52, of Vermont — was his 85th since 1995. The Geigers went there on April 10 and returned home April 13.
