CONWAY — The following cases were heard in Conway’s circuit court recently:

• Ana Cradock, 34, of Madison pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug. She was given a 30-day jail sentence and 30 days of pretrial confinement credit.

• A bench warrant was issued for Robert Demore, 30, of Albany for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving under the influence, possession of prescription drugs and false report to law enforcement.

• A bench warrant was issued for Philip Beeler, 41, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving without proof of financial responsibility and driving after revocation or suspension.

• A bench warrant was issued for Dereck Leighton, 40, of Amesbury, Mass., for failure to appear in court regarding a charge of disobeying an officer.

• A bench warrant was issued for Milissa Hamilton, 37, of Berlin for failing to pay attorney fees.

• A bench warrant was issued for Corbin Pratt, 33, of Dorchester, for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of resisting arrest.

• A bench warrant was issued for Dalton Blake, 24, of Conway for failing to pay a fine regarding a conviction for driving after revocation or suspension.

• A bench warrant was issued for Steven Moone, 29, of Madison for failing to appear in court regarding charges of falsifying physical evidence and theft.

• A bench warrant was issued for Samuel Lambert, 33, of Conway, for failing to pay attorney fees.

• Jerry Mitchell, 55, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was given a $248 fine that was suspended for six months pending good behavior.

• Roseann Hinds, 58, of Brownfield, Maine, pleaded no contest to theft. She was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

• Andrew Kidder, 49, of Conway pleaded no contest to two counts of violation of protective order. He was ordered to pay fines of $248 on each count and was given a three-day jail sentence with three days of pretrial confinement credit.

• Ashley Valenziano, 34, of Plymouth pleaded guilty to domestic violence simple assault, criminal threatening and criminal mischief. On the assault charge she was given $596 in fines and a six month jail sentence with five months suspended and one month deferred for one year pending good behavior and a drug and alcohol evaluation. On the criminal threatening conviction she was given $620 fine which was suspended for one year and a six-month jail sentence with five months suspended and one month deferred for one year. This sentence would be consecutive to the sentence for the assault conviction. For the criminal mischief conviction she was given a $372 fine which was suspended for one year. She was also ordered to pay $79 in restitution.

• Nathan Smith, 25, of Silver Lake pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $930. His driver’s license was revoked for three months. He was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement. After he gets his license back, he must use an interlock device for one year.

• Joseph Peters, 57, of Conway pleaded guilty to reckless operation. He was fined $620. His driver’s license was revoked for 60 days.

• Kimberley Franke, 28, of Conway pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was given a $620 fine and her driver’s license was revoked for 60 days.

• William Shaw, 26, of Conway pleaded guilty to two counts of driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $620.

• Abukar Hassan, 33, of Portland, Maine, pleaded no contest to theft and was fined $434.

• Skyler Slaughter, 23, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol and was fined $372.

• A bench warrant was issued for Jessica McDevitt, 31, of Portland, Maine, for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of fugitive from justice.
