Ryan M. Boothby [02/21/2008]

Ryan M. Boothby, 27, of Center Conway died Feb. 16, 2008 in Charlotte, N.C. Born in North Conway, the son of Larry D. Boothby of Center Conway and Marla L. Demers of Chatham, he was a lifelong resident of the Mount. Washington Valley prior to moving to Charlotte last summer.He was a graduate of Kennett High School, Class of 1999, in Conway.Ryan was good with his hands and a Jack of all trades. He held numerous jobs throughout the valley and made many friends along the way. He will be lovingly missed by all who knew him and will be remembered by his big smile, free spirit and open heart.Ryan enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, snowmobiling, skiing and all other outdoor activities.Besides his parents the family includes: two brothers, Steven D. Boothbay of North Conway and Justin R. Gaudreau of Chatham; a sister, Danielle L. Gaudreau of Chatham; his paternal grandparents, Rene and Elizabeth (Hobbs) Bolduc of Center Conway and Lawrence D. Boothby of Worcester, Mass.; his maternal grandparents, Ernest and Arlene (Lindh) Riley of Center Conway and several aunts, uncles and cousins.He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Linwood Demers.Calling hours will be held Friday Feb. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Furber and White Funeral Home in North Conway. Graveside services will be in the Green Hill Cemetery in East Conway later in the spring.
