Wayne O'Donal

DENMARK, Maine — Wayne A. O’Donal was a Renaissance man with many diverse interests and experiences. Born on Feb. 25, 1955, in Portland, Maine, to Royce and Selma O’Donal, he grew up at O’Donal’s Nursery in Gorham, Maine. His knowledge of and interest in trees and plants continued throughout his life.

He graduated from Gordon College, Wenham, Mass., with a B.S. in biology in 1978. It was here at college that he met his future wife, June Amaral, whom he married in October in 1978.
