Roxanne Mills Armstrong

Roxanne Mills Armstrong, 61, of Williamsburg, Va., passed away suddenly in the loving arms of her husband, Larry, on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017.

Roxanne and Larry shared 21 years of wedded bliss, Larry being the love of her life. She was a talented and passionate optician for more than 40 years, and a much sought-after keynote speaker at optical venues, authoring more than 70 articles for optical journals. She was co-owner of Art For Your Face, an exclusive vision wear optical boutique, elevating eyewear to an art form.
