Jennifer Anne Kirk, 49, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, at Fairfax Hospital in Virginia. Jen was surrounded by loving family and friends after suffering a fatal stroke.

Jen was born in Salem, Mass., on May 6, 1968, to Diane Maddison and the late John Maddison. She graduated from New Hampshire College in 1990, moved to the Washington, D.C., area in 1992, and spent the past 17 years living in Fairfax Station, Va.
