Beverly Waterman

Beverly Catherine Waterman, 85, of North Conway, N.H., passed away peacefully on March 17, 2020, after a long illness.

Beverly was born on April 17, 1934, in Montreal, Quebec.

She was predeceased by her parents, William Conway and Olive Kemp.

Beverly married John G. Waterman in February of 1967, and they made their home in several different places, Berlin, N.H., St. Albans, Vt., and Norwich, Conn., before finally settling in Center Conway, N.H.

A homemaker, she loved creating a beautiful home, enjoyed cooking, traveling and entertaining family and friends. Her smile was as big as her heart.

Stricken with a rare form of MS, Beverly spent the last 16 years as a resident of Mineral Springs in North Conway.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years John G. Waterman; two stepchildren, Kimberly Karl and husband, Wayne, of Freedom, N.H.; and John “Jay” Waterman and wife, Gail, of Jackson, N.H.; two grandchildren, Mark Nolet of North Conway and Jacqueline Nolet of Rochester, N.H.; and one great-grandchild Ethan Nolet of North Conway.

Per Beverly’s wishes, a private burial will take place at a later date.
