Bernard R. Walker passed away from complications of MS on Aug. 19, 2017, at Fryeburg Health Care Center. He was born on Nov. 21, 1943, in Brownfield, Maine, to Hazel and Garold Walker.

Bernard grew up in Brownfield, attended grade school there and graduated from Fryeburg Academy. In 1965 he married Esther Chapman. They had a wonderful daughter, Elly Walker, and an amazing son, Erik Walker.
