LITTLETON — The chief executive officer of North Country Healthcare has left the organization, becoming the second top official to leave in just over three months. An interim CEO has been named.

The board of trustees announced late Monday that Warren West has left the CEO position. He has overseen the consortium since the five-partner health system was formed in 2015. No reason was given for his departure.
