H.E. Bergeron Engineers, a leader in the engineering and surveying fields, announced that project engineer Jay Poulin has been named the employee of the quarter for the third quarter of 2003. HEBs employee of the quarter is an individual that constantly demonstrates a positive attitude and a selfless dedication to the team, the company reported. Poulin holds a civil engineering degree from Clarkson University, with additional studies in technical communications. His specialties include site design, transportation design, airport planning and design, water and wastewater treatment facilities, permitting and construction administration. Poulin and his wife, Kelly, are both natives of Berlin, where they currently reside. He is an avid hockey player and golfer. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in North Conway, H.E. Bergeron provides civil and structural engineering services and performs land surveying primarily in Northern New England, but has clients nationwide. The firm has delivered innovative and cost-effective designs and solutions for municipal, commercial, industrial and government clients as well as architects, developers and private individuals.
