The Interstate 95 corridor between New England and Florida is a popular route. Many travel south before winter and back up north for the remaining three seasons. As anyone who has made the trip can attest, the road is long, often boring, and frequently congested near the cities.

When I was younger there was usually a game to play on the road or some kitschy landmark to look forward to – I’m talking about you, South of the Border! Familiar stops and restaurants would give way to Stuckey’s and their famous Pecan Rolls and Hess gas stations always had cool toy trucks in Hess livery.
