Construction on track for new food pantry

CONWAY —  In 2018, Vaughan Community Services embarked on a $1.4 million capital campaign to build a new food pantry and clothing depot for the citizens of Conway, and to renovate the Vaughan Learning Center, which offers low-cost child care and preschool for working families on a sliding-fee basis.
