GORHAM — Badger Peabody & Smith Realty recently announced that Kate Frisk, a licensed New Hampshire real estate professional based in the firm’s Gorham office, has officially earned her Maine real estate license, expanding her ability to assist clients on both sides of the state line.

Given the Gorham office’s close proximity to the Maine border, the added licensure enhances Frisk’s ability to serve buyers and sellers seeking flexible options across the Western Maine and Northern New Hampshire regions.
