Leslie Ann Hill, of Bridgton Maine, passed away on May 22, 2026, surrounded by family and friends after a short illness.
Leslie was born on January 27, 1954, in Berlin, N.H. to John Carrigan and Dorothy McLaughlin Carrigan. She graduated from Berlin High School, in Berlin, N.H. in 1972 and then attended the New Hampshire Hospital School of Nursing, graduating in 1975, and subsequently devoted her life to this career and worked all across North America. For the last 27 years, she was a valued team member at Bridgton Hospital and was well-versed in many fields of care. She earned a Daisy Award in 2012 which recognizes extraordinary nurses who are passionate about the work they do and the community they serve. At a time when many people are retired, Leslie continued to contribute in a meaningful way and will be remembered by friends and colleagues in the medical field for her work ethic and dedication to those whom she served.
