CL w30 waterford breakfast

Volunteers Ed Range and Nick Archer keep the coffee perking and the juice flowing at the July 16 Wilkins House Breakfast.

WATERFORD — The second Waterford Summer Breakfast of 2025 took place at the Wilkins House on the steamy morning of July 16. The hot weather did not deter devoted “regulars,” a 25-strong family reunion group, and new visitors! All enjoyed the menu of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, donut holes, and of course, pancakes with real maple syrup from Colonial Hill Farm and Sugar Shack in Waterford.

There are two more opportunities to enjoy this 70-year, traditional community event: Wednesday mornings July 30 and Aug. 13. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Cost: $12 for adults, and $8 for children aged 4-12.
