BERLIN — Winter is when the season heats up for the Berlin spirit team.
The 12 girls and one boy who make up the team cheer at varsity boys’ and girls’ basketball; boys’ and girls’ hockey; and unified basketball. They do sideline cheers during the games, and jumping and “stunting” during quarters, halftime and timeouts.
