LANCASTER — The Gorham man charged with nine felony counts of reckless conduct with a firearm for shooting bullets at local business windows and parked vehicles is being held in preventative detention following a bail hearing in Coos County Superior Court on April 15.

Judge Jonathan S. Frizzell, appearing virtually from another court location, heard prosecutor and Coos County Attorney John McCormick explain why Richard R. Devoid, 67, should be held on preventative detention.
