The chief financial officer of Noble Environmental Power will testify before the N.H. Site Evaluation Committee today about millions of dollars in liens that have been filed against the company in New York.

The hearing will be held at the Public Utilities Commission offices at South Fruit Street in Concord, starting at 1 p.m.
