MILAN — The auction of 17 parcels of land owned by Stephen Woodward sold for a total of almost $2.6 million at Saturday’s auction. Three parcels were purchased by The Conservation Fund in partnership with the towns of Gorham, Milan and Dummer.
The highest bid was $330,000 for a 66-acre parcel in Gorham off Jimtown Road. The lowest was $17,500 for a 3-acre tract on Roberge Road, adjacent to Cedar Pond Campground in Milan.
