BERLIN — Property owners in the unincorporated place of Success continue their efforts to get both an increase in the payment-in-lieu-of taxes and a host fee for the Androscoggin Valley Regional Refuse Disposal District’s Mt. Carberry landfill.

Henry Gosselin, who is a long-time camp owner on Success Pond, appeared before both the Coos County Commission and the AVRRDD in recent weeks to plead camp owners’ case.
