CONCORD — A N.H. State Supreme Court decision appears to end a seven-year court battle over ATV access in Gorham’s Lancaster Road/Crestwood Drive neighborhood.

In a March 12 ruling, the Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling that opening a section of the Presidential Rail Trail, part of Route 2 and an adjacent parking lot to ATVs constituted an unconstitutional taking by property by inverse condemnation.
