Mother Nature played an early Halloween trick, dropping six inches of wet heavy snow on the region Tuesday into Wednesday. The snow knock off tree limbs and branches causing power outages. But by Wednesday afternoon, power had been restored to all but 10 customers (RITA DUBE PHOTO).
