BERLIN — By far the largest railcar ever fabricated for the Mount Washington Cog Railway has almost been completed inside the former Isaacson Structural Steel, Inc. building on Route 110.

Cog Railroad president Wayne Presby explained that this new largest self-contained work car will allow the Cog to be re-railed by workers under cover, well-protected from the elements.
