BERLIN — The Berlin High Destination Imagination team has made it to the global finals with a first-place finish in its challenge. That may be the easy part.
The team, G-Dog Sandwich and the 6 Apostle, must now raise $16,492 in little over a month to pay for their transportation, room, and board to go to the finals in Kansas City, Mo. Team member Kelsey Alimandi noted the amount is about $4,000 more than previous years when the finals were held at Knoxville, Tenn.
