BERLIN — The waiting can be the hardest part for residents concerned about the city’s economic development, yet the downtown infrastructure project is moving along, confirmed Pamela Laflamme, director of strategic initiatives for the city and assistant city manager.

“It’s on schedule,” Laflamme said of the RAISE grant, answering a question asked in public comment at Monday night’s council meeting.
