Berlin and Gorham athletes are getting their fall seasons underway in the week  before school starts Sept. 3.

Berlin’s field hockey team opens its schedule today, traveling to St. Johnsbury Academy for a 6 p.m. contest. The Mountaineers will be back on the road Friday, facing Plymouth Regional High School at 8:30 a.m. Then on Tuesday, Aug. 25, at 4 p.m. they will play at home against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.
