CONCORD — A Coos County grand jury has returned indictments against a North Country businessman for alleged unemployment compensation fraud, according to N.H. Attorney General John M. Formella and Department of Employment Security Commissioner Richard J. Lavers.

The indictments charge Jaime Deforge II, 47, with unemployment compensation fraud and theft by deception. Both are Class A felonies.
