COLUMBIA — On Tuesday, Sept. 8, at approximately 5:53 p.m., State Police and New Hampshire Fish and Game were notified of a man with cognitive issues missing in Columbia. He was last seen leaving his house on foot at approximately 12:49 p.m. Androscoggin Valley Search and Rescue, Colebrook Police Department, State Police, and conservation officers responded to the residence to begin searching for the missing man.

With nightfall approaching, multiple teams were deployed, including a New Hampshire Fish and Game K9 team. These teams worked the area around the residence, attempting to locate the individual.
