SHELBURNE — On Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, at approximately 12:45 p.m., N.H. Fish and Game was notified of an injured hiker on the Carter-Moriah Trail approximately 2.2 miles up from the parking lot.

The hiker, identified as Alexandra Kroh, 39, of Ormond Beach, Fla., was descending on a steep granite slab when she slipped on a wet section and suffered a lower leg injury.
