Richard L. “Pete” Ouellette, 93, of Berlin, N.H., passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital, after a period of declining health.

He was born in Berlin on Dec. 22, 1932, the son of Alcide and Aurore (Marois) Ouellette and was a lifelong resident.
