GILFORD — The New Hampshire State Police Marine Patrol warns boaters to know cold-water immersion dangers for spring and early summer.

As boating season begins in New Hampshire, the Marine Patrol would like to remind all water enthusiasts that while the air may feel warm, water temperatures in lakes, rivers and coastal areas remain dangerously cold during the spring and early summer months.
