PITTSBURG — The Old Home Day Celebration in Pittsburg will be held on Saturday, Aug. 17. As part of the Pittsburg Old Home Day Celebration, the Connecticut River Artisan Group sponsors the “People’s Choice” art show, featuring the work of area visual artists. The event is open to anyone.

Artists may drop off their original artwork (paintings, photographs, 3-D art) at the CRAG tent between 8:30 and 9 a.m., the morning of Aug. 17. Each artist may submit up to three pieces of art in each category. All paintings and photographs must have a wire suitable for hanging.
