BERLIN — New and re-elected members of the city council, school board and library trustees were sworn into office Tuesday night, along with Mayor Robert Cone, who was also re-elected in November 2025.
City Clerk Shelli Fortin officiated, with the ceremony held during the new business portion of the city council meeting, held a day later than usual due to the Martin Luther King Jr. federal holiday.
