INTERVALE — Two friends. 750 miles. One question: “If the Grand Canyon isn’t worth saving, what is?”

Filmmaker and photographer Pete McBride and writer Kevin Fedarko set out on a 750-mile hike through the entire length of the Grand Canyon in Arizona to make the 2019 documentary film “Into the Canyon.”
