CONWAY — Homecoming was celebrated in style by the Kennett High football team on Friday night. The Eagles played their best game of the season to dominate St. Thomas 31-0 in Gary Millen Stadium before a great crowd. The hometown flock scored more points than they had in their first four games combined (27).
“This is the team I knew we could be,” said Scott Stearns, Eagles’ head coach. “We finally got our offense going. I’m happy for the team. It was a good team win.”
