CONWAY — Plymouth scored three runs in the top of the fourth inning to break a 3-3 tie and then held off a game Mount Washington Valley team to win the U14 State Babe Ruth Baseball Championship 7-5 at Nasby King Field, home of the Post 46 American Legion on Tasker Hill Road in Conway on Saturday afternoon.
“Plymouth has a great team,” Josh McAllister, coach of the MWV team, said. “They made the plays when they had to.”
