Last weekend, Sen. Susan Collins cast one of the deciding votes which ascended judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court. In doing so, she triggered a Crowdpac campaign that promised to fund her opponent upwards of $3.6 million (and counting) when she seeks re-election in 2020.

Now the big question is, who’s going to get all that money?
