To the editor:

New Hampshire’s leaders have promoted tax cuts as our “New Hampshire Advantage.” New Hampshire has long prided itself on fiscal responsibility, but we need to be honest about who is actually getting the advantage. Our state’s tax system is among the most regressive in the country, placing a disproportionate burden on low- and middle-income families while policy choices deliver significant tax relief to corporations and the wealthy.
