How to explore the world, one dish at a time

(BPT) - Have you ever driven for an hour to find a food truck with an amazing local dish, or planned a vacation around one city's famous market? If so, you could be a "culinary tourist": one of the many travelers hungry not just for great eats, but who find that food is a fun, immersive way to explore local ingredients and learn about global traditions and cultures.

This is the spirit behind the Global Kitchen video series from the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), which just released its second season showcasing the best street food and culinary hidden gems in destinations worldwide.
