STOW, Maine — The Michigan teen believed to have been involved in a series of thefts on Lake Umbagog over the weekend was shot and killed by police Tuesday after a vehicle chase in Peterborough.

Lane Lesko, 19, of Ann Arbor, Mich., was reportedly part of a camping trip organized by Summit Achievement of Stow.
