WOLFEBORO — Write-in candidate Dale Fincher handily defeated several other Republican candidates for N.H. House District 7 seat in Tuesday’s special election primary and will face Democrat Bobbi Boudman in the general on March 10.

District 7 is made up of Wolfeboro, Tuftonboro and Ossipee. The seat opened when former Rep. Glenn Cordelli (R-Tuftonboro) moved out of town.

Truth Prevails

“Sadly, outside money bought a primary race but won’t have the same impact in March.” Bobbi, is this your way of committing to not receiving money that comes from anyone outside of Ossipee, Tuftonboro, or Wolfeboro? Do you want us to hold you to that? The news says national Democrat lobby groups are coming to help YOU. Can we get you on record that you will refuse their money? Furthermore, are you saying that locals can be bought and aren’t smart enough to know a good candidate when they see one? You should know by now Bobbi, after two second place finishes, to choose your words more carefully. Without even thinking, in one sentence you have both insulted the local voters and tied your hands from fundraising outside of district 7!
