TAMWORTH — Just as tariffs, the economy and immigration are topical now, so were they in President Grover Cleveland's time.

The nation's 22nd and 24th president, Cleveland — who following his two terms was a summer resident of Tamworth from 1903-08 — was known as a political reformer.
