The Conway Community Building is seen during a youth Easter egg hunt in 2014. The former home to Conway Parks and Recreation Department was at one time the old Pine Tree School and was owned by the school district. Although voters in 1992 authorized the district to transfer title of the building to the town, evidence of that actually happening cannot be found. (JAMIE GEMMITI PHOTO)

CONWAY — Selectmen recently discovered the town doesn’t actually own the Conway Community Building in Center Conway and are asking the school district for paperwork so they can sell it.

The topic arose at their Jan. 7 meeting.
