OSSIPEE — An audio recording obtained by the Sun sheds light on why Carroll County Superior Court judge decided Conway man accused of dealing cocaine would be too “dangerous” to be allowed bail.

In September, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office along with Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro Police announced  in a press release that a joint investigation conducted by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force and the Wolfeboro Police Department, in conjunction with the Tuftonboro Police Department, resulted in the arrest of Frank W. Mansfield, 38, of Conway on eight counts of sale of cocaine, and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, each a Class A felony.
