CONWAY — The Conway Planning Board at its last meeting told selectman’s representative Steve Porter to pass along its concerns that the board has not been part of the review process for Phase 2 of the 2.2-mile-long Rec Path through town-owned Whitaker Woods.

They also questioned whether the entire 2.2-mile Phase II section that is to pass on the northeastern perimeter of Whitaker Woods from Kearsarge Road into the woods and along the Conway Scenic Railroad tracks corridor to Intervale had to be paved in order to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines for the federal grant money that is earmarked for the project.
